Industrial Hygienist

Performing various duties to assess work practices and environmental conditions for hazards to the health and safety of workers.  Duties include, but may not be limited to:
- conducting complex studies,
- conducting routine surveys,
- analyzing findings
- preparing data for inclusion in reports,
- DOE HRS,
- writing technical reports. 

Conditions include a variety of hazards e.g.: chemical, laser, bacteriological, noise, heat/cold, ionizing/non-ionizing radiation, etc. 

Conduct surveys to identify and evaluate potential health hazards.

Conduct industrial respirator and military gas-mast fit-testing and training, and review applicable AF Form 3952s and update records in EESOH-MIS. 

Perform HazMat program support in conjunction with industrial hygiene surveillance.  

Perform sampling using standard methods to determine nature and degree of hazard for a variety of materials and environments.

Previous experience with the Department of Defense, specifically the US Air Force preferred, but not required.

All work contingent upon award from the customer.

Must be able to pass drug test and security background check.

Must have valid driver's license.
